DreamHome is a complete real estate website script built with PHP and MySQL. Install it in minutes with the built-in web installer and launch a property portal for sale and rent listings, with separate dashboards for admins, agents and customers.
WHAT YOU GET
A fast, mobile-friendly public website: homepage, search with filters, property pages with galleries, video and map, agent directory, blog, FAQs, contact page and WhatsApp click-to-chat.
Customers can register, save homes and searches, send enquiries, book viewings, get notifications, receive recommendations and submit their own properties. Agents manage their listings, leads, follow-ups and viewings. Admins control everything: approvals, agents, customers, content, payments, commissions, reports, settings and backups.
It also includes a landlord and tenancy portal with rent schedules and reminders, an interactive map search, a property comparison tool and a rule-based property assistant.
BUILT FOR NIGERIA
Prices are in naira. Paystack and Flutterwave payments, Termii SMS and WhatsApp links are built in, and map search knows major Nigerian cities.
EASY SETUP
Upload, run install.php, choose your admin login and you are done. A full installation guide is included.
REQUIREMENTS
Apache or LiteSpeed hosting with mod_rewrite, PHP 8.0 or newer, MySQL 5.7+ or MariaDB 10.3+, and HTTPS.

- The property assistant is rule-based and searches your own listings. It is not a generative AI chatbot.
- Online payments support Paystack and Flutterwave (NGN only).
- The script is in English and uses a single currency.
- Demo property photos are not included in the download. You add your own listings.
- Terms and Privacy pages are placeholders. Add your own legal text.
